The biggest problem with this book is that it's only directed at Obama and Democrats, Republicans are just as bad. The Bush cronies make the Obama's cronies look like amateurs...they took us into an unnecessary war, helped destroyed the economy and made huge increases to the size of government. Now Obama is bankrupting what little is left. The Culture of Corruption is all of Washington and not just one party. If you think the "other" party is the problem then you're a fool.

michele malkin hit it out of the ball park. if everyone, democrat, republican and independant, read this book, i'm sure that america would keep a closer eye on the president.

what Michelle Malkin discovered in this book. I am the only one in New Jersey that did not vote for Obama in 2008. Mr. Obama and Mrs. Obama came from the poor, now into the rich and made history. Obama ran the impeccable campaign. But Obama has no business, management, or leadership experience. The fact that he showed up on TV, does not help any more. The country is in the worst economic slump, with Obama trying to get the approved budget $4 trillion US Dollars. This puts the country further into debt. Our children and grand children will not have money to pay this debt. Obama is all Wall Street and not Main Street. Now you know. Malkin is right on the money. GOP Republican, it is your chance now. For 2012, who is the choice? I would love to see Sarah Palin and Michael Bloomberg ticket, one has the experience and the other has the $$$. It will be a dream ticket.

excellent book!!! if you want to know the truth, i highly recommend purchasing this book. it will open up your eyes and mind to what is going on in politics.

This is truly a bizarre book. First of all, the title, "Culture of Corruption" is taken from a description of the Bush Administration and the Republican Leadership circa 2005-2006, when the lies about W.M.D.'s in Iraq, the Valerie Plame/C.I.A. outing, and the Mark Foley sex scandal were emerging stories. There isn't much to this book; it's a pile of talking points with a pretty face on the jacket. I think the real issue here is the visceral hatred most conservative and right-leaning people in this country feel for President Obama. Part of me (actually, all of me) wonders if the Republicans and their conservative idea-men are still hurting from the revelation of the scandals and failures of the Bush Administration and their subsequent loss of power. This President didn't even get to finish moving in to the White House before there were calls for his impeachment, cries that he wasn't born in the United States (a claim which has its origin in Obama's name and skin color, it seems), and allegations of voter fraud on such a massive scale so as to be next to impossible. Sometimes I wonder if these talking heads have ever heard of Occam's Razor. What all of this translates to is revenge on Barak Obama and the Democratic leadership for daring to win just as the conservatives were settling in (so they thought) for several generations of political domination. "They said Bush stole the election? That's what we'll say about Obama! They say Bush went A.W.O.L.? We'll say Obama wasn't even born here!" And so on. Having leafed through several of these books (they seem to have been written for persons with a 6th grade education, so it doesn't take long) I can only come to one conclusion: these people are delusional. Buyer beware- you're better off spending your money on some really cheap beer. It'll go down a lot easier than this book ever could. P.S.
